This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and disclose your Personal Data (as defined below) and describes our practices in connection with Personal Data that we collect through websites operated by us or our affiliates from which you are accessing this Privacy Policy (the “Websites”), through the software applications made available by us for use on or through computers and mobile devices (the “Apps”), through our social media pages and apps, if any, through HTML-formatted email messages that we send to you that link to this Privacy Policy, as well as through your offline interactions with us where notice is legally required (collectively, including the Websites, Apps, Social Media Pages and offline interactions, the “Services”).

 

Your continued use of our Services or any purchase of our products in any one of our stores constitutes your acknowledgement and understanding of, and agreement with, our Terms and Conditions and this Privacy Policy. Personal Data is collected from you when you register as a customer, purchase from us; fill out any forms and via cookies. Personal Data that Tiger Family^® collects or stores may, subject to applicable local laws, be transferred to and used by us outside of Singapore. This Privacy Policy applies to Personal Data collected, used, disclosed (including transferred out of Singapore), and otherwise processed (collectively, "processed") by our Websites or any one of our stores. OPTING-OUT

WITHDRAWING YOUR CONSENT

The consent that you provide for the collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Data will remain valid until such time it is being withdrawn by you in writing. You may withdraw consent and request us to stop using and/or disclosing your personal data for any or all of the purposes listed above by submitting your request via email to support@tigerfamily.com.

 

Upon receipt of your written request to withdraw your consent, we may require reasonable time (depending on the complexity of the request and its impact on our relationship with you) for your request to be processed and for us to notify you of the consequences of us acceding to the same, including any legal consequences which may affect your rights and liabilities to us. In general, we shall seek to process your request within thirty (30) business days of receiving it.

 

Whilst we respect your decision to withdraw your consent, please note that depending on the nature and scope of your request, we may not be able to continue providing our goods or services to you and we shall, in such circumstances, notify you before completing the processing of your request.

 

Please note that withdrawing consent does not affect our right to continue to collect, use and disclose personal data where such collection, use and disclose without consent is permitted or required under applicable local laws.

 

ACCESS TO AND CORRECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

You may review and correct your Personal Data by signing into your user account and selecting 'Update Profile' or equivalent, or by contacting us at support@tigerfamily.com. We will only disclose Personal Data to the individual who registered his/her Personal Data with our Websites, and only after confirming the identity of the registered party. Please allow fourteen (14) working days for your request to be processed.

 

If you wish to make an access request for access to a copy of the Personal Data which we hold about you or information about the ways in which we use or disclose your Personal Data, you may submit your request via email to support@tigerfamily.com.

 

Deletion of your account with us will not automatically delete the Personal Data held about you. If you would like to request that we delete all Personal Data together with the deletion of your account, you may submit your request via email to support@tigerfamily.com.

 

Please note that a reasonable fee may be charged for an access request. If so, we will inform you of the fee before processing your request.

 

We will respond to your request as soon as reasonably possible. Should we not be able to respond to your request within thirty (30) days after receiving your request, we will inform you in writing within thirty (30) days of the time by which we will be able to respond to your request. If we are unable to provide you with any Personal Data or to make a correction requested by you, we shall generally inform you of the reasons why we are unable to do so (except where we are not required to do so under the applicable local laws).

 

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The Personal Data you provide to us may be transferred to and stored with a cloud service provider with servers that are located in various jurisdictions. In addition, some of the entities to which your Personal Data may be disclosed or transferred may be located outside your home jurisdiction. Some of these countries may not have the same or substantially similar privacy laws as those of your home jurisdiction.
