These packaging boxes are designed to protect the schoolbags from deformation or damage that may occur during shipping. We promise to arrange delivery within 14 working days after receiving your order. However, please note that Tiger Family® is not responsible for any delays, changes in delivery times, or failures to deliver that occur due to reasons beyond our control.

Warranty Duration and Coverage:

All products purchased from Singapore's physical stores and online platforms come with the following warranty coverage:

  • General Warranty: One-year warranty against any manufacturing defects, which includes coverage for materials and workmanship. Please note that this warranty covers only the first claim and does not include normal wear and tear.
  • Stitches: We provide a one-year warranty specifically for stitches, covering any malfunctions and issues not caused by user handling.
  • Zipper: For zippers, we offer a six-month warranty that covers malfunctions and issues not caused by user handling.
