These packaging boxes are designed to protect the schoolbags from deformation or damage that may occur during shipping.The products purchased from this online shop are typically shipped by local Singapore Post Limited (SingPost), and we promise to arrange delivery within 14 working days after receiving your order (excluding pre-ordered items). However, please note that Tiger Family® is not responsible for any delays, changes in delivery times, or failures to deliver that occur due to reasons beyond our control.

Warranty Duration and Coverage :

Warranty Registration :
If you are Tiger Family's member, registration for warranty is not mandatory. For other customers, to avail the warranty, you can register the warranty eligible purchase item via this form.
